FOSAC Connect acts as an intermediary between clients and talent. We facilitate bookings but do not employ performers unless explicitly stated.

2. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability, confirmation, and agreement on scope, timing, and requirements.

3. Talent Representation

All talent listed or provided through FOSAC Connect are independent professionals. While we prioritise reliability and professionalism, FOSAC Connect does not guarantee specific performance outcomes beyond agreed arrangements.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated per booking. Bookings may require deposits to secure talent. Final confirmation is subject to payment terms being met.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation terms will be communicated per booking. Late cancellations may be subject to fees depending on the stage of confirmation and preparations.

6. Liability

FOSAC Connect is not liable for any loss, damage, or disruption arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to performer-related issues, venue conditions, or unforeseen events.

7. Use of Platform

Users agree to provide accurate information and engage in professional conduct when submitting booking requests or applications.
